At Access Denied, we stand by the quality of our high-performance hardware and electronics. If your purchase does not meet your technical requirements, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
